A nice summer evening

Every summer we love to have barbecues. 




Our favourites are filled mushrooms and peppers. 

For the filling I use cream cheese and feta. Spice it with chilli, salt and pepper, a little bit of spicy mustard and lemon juice (or lemon zest). They are best on the grill but you can also make them in the oven.




The side dish are often baked potatoes with rosemary and thyme. Or you use some sage and thyme. Also don't forget the garlic and olive oil ( and of course some love :) ) Bake them for 40 minutes at 150 °C.



















You take some really thin bacon stripes and put them like a cross.  In the middle of the cross you spread some honey and fig mustard. Then you add goats cheese or feta cheese and again spread honey and fig mustard on top. Then you just wrap in the bacon. Grill it in a aluminium bowl ( the one without holes you use for barbecues).
